JJorge H. Colberg is an experienced real estate investor and developer with over 20 years of project development in Puerto Rico.  He is currently dedicating full time to the direct management of the Brisas La Tigra residential development. He resides in Jicaral, Costa Rica.


David W. Culver is an experienced real estate investor.  He managed his own portfolio of properties in SW Florida for 18 years. Culver also had a career in film and recently produced a documentary on Rural Life in the Gulf of Nicoya. He is full time on development in the Gulf of Nicoya Peninsula. He resides in Jicaral, Costa Rica.
