The Community

The Brisas La Tigra residential lots are located just about 20 minutes away from Jicaral which is at the cross roads of a good network of public transportation connecting cities, ferry and beaches in the Peninsula of Nicoya, which is in the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica

The Nicoya Peninsula is known for ranching, large fruit plantations, commercial fishing and of course tourism.  As an agri-commercial center Jicaral  offers all the business owner would require including, banks, (2) larger supply stores, distributorships, a farmer's market on Fridays, butcher shops, hardware stores, pharmacies, attorney offices, jewelry store and numerous small restaurants and eating places. 

Meet Locals

There is a medical clinic in town and two local doctors who make house calls. (For more info check here.) There is a major hospital less than 35 miles away (54KM) in Nicoya. By local standards Jicaral is modestly prosperous and small businesses are needed and welcomed
 

We recently started an Internet Cafe in town and are enjoying fine acceptance. By the way Jicaral is a great town for fish and shrimp.  The hour ferry ride takes you to Puntarenas
